Energy suppliers, the Government, and local authorities can all provide grants to help you install energy saving measures. One of the main schemes in England is called Warm Front, which offers up to £3,500 to homeowners or those who receive certain benefits and rent from a private landlord. There are other home energy grants available too, such as the Heat Project from Enact Energy that provides grants for loft and cavity wall insulation to homeowners and private tenants, and people on an income or disability related benefit, they qualify to have these insulation measures installed for free.
